How to Request Deletion
Send an email to support@rangisha.com from the email address registered with your Rangisha account, with the subject line:
"Account Deletion Request"
Please include the following details in your email:
- Full name registered on your account
- Registered email address / phone number
- Reason for deletion (optional)
What Gets Deleted
Once your request is verified, we will delete the following data associated with your account:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your saved delivery addresses
- Your account login credentials
What May Be Retained
Some information may be retained for a limited period where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:
- Order and transaction history (for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes, as required by applicable law)
- Records required to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements
Processing Time
We will process your account deletion request within 7 business days of verification and will send a confirmation email once completed.
